Business Development Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Job Matchmaker. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales objectives through effective account coverage, product endorsements, customer service, and overall accounts management.
About the Role
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Business course with a minimum of 2 years of selling experience. You must have a thorough understanding of the Electrical industry and products, as well as a vast network of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively managing and expanding existing client relationships.
- Develop and execute plans to increase sales revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
Work Environment and Schedule
This is a full-time position that requires reporting at Antipolo as needed, working from Monday to Saturday.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is P24-28K per month. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes opportunities for professional growth and development.
