Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out of guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests efficiently and courteously.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and management regarding guest room status.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as answering phones and responding to messages.
  • Promote hotel services and facilities to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Previous experience in hotel reception or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and basic office software (Microsoft Office, reservation systems).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
