Front Desk Hospitality Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our guests and manage all aspects of their accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform check-in and check-out tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage online and phone reservations, ensuring seamless communication with guests
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify credit card data to maintain confidentiality
- Register guests, collecting essential information such as contact details and stay dates
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms efficiently
- Provide detailed information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities to enhance the guest experience
- Respond promptly and professionally to clients' complaints, resolving issues in a timely manner
- Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to meet guests' needs
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Self-confidence and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in hotel management systems
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hotel, retail, or similar customer-focused environments
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varying schedules, including holidays and weekends
- Strong verbal, written, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service
