Hotel Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Hilton Manila. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk on a daily basis, providing exceptional customer service and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
- Provide accurate information in-person and via email or other communication channels
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Order front office supplies and manage inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well under pressure and multitask
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Familiarity with office software and technology
