Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Reservation Agent to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for our valued guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing warm welcomes and accurate information regarding hotel facilities and services.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and concerns.
  • Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and couriers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain security protocols, monitoring access and maintaining confidentiality as required.
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings with precision and attention to detail.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, collating, and faxing, to support the smooth operation of the front office.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar front office position, with expertise in handling receptionist responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent skills in data entry, spreadsheets, and document preparation.
  • A professional appearance, reflecting positively on the hotel brand.
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
  • The ability to remain resourceful and proactive in addressing unexpected issues that may arise.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills, enabling you to work efficiently under pressure.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
