Hotel Front Desk Administrator

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented receptionist to join our team at Hotel Okura Manila. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests while maintaining the highest level of security and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
✦ Greet and welcome guests, directing them to their destinations as needed
✦ Answer and forward phone calls, providing basic information and assistance
✦ Receive and sort mail, deliveries, and couriers, ensuring timely distribution
✦ Maintain security by monitoring access and controlling visitor badges
✦ Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
✦ Perform various clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, and faxing
Requirements:
✦ Proven experience in a front office environment, handling receptionist responsibilities
✦ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
✦ Professional appearance and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
✦ Ability to work under pressure, multitask, prioritize, and be resourceful in dealing with issues
✦ High school degree or equivalent qualification required
As a hotel receptionist, you will be an integral part of our operations team, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless guest experiences. If you possess the necessary skills, qualifications, and enthusiasm, we encourage you to apply. The estimated salary for this position is PHP 20,000 - 25,000 per month.
