We are seeking a Front Desk Manager to join the REGENCY GRAND SUITES team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a key role in our hotel's operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and efficiently check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage room allocations, handle guest requests, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and communicate with housekeeping and other departments as necessary.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A polite manner and a high standard of personal presentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A good telephone manner and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Customer service skills, patience, and tact.
