This is a full-time position based in Malabon city, requiring a strong background in accounting and financial management. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information, preparing reports, and maintaining accounting records. They will also be expected to reconcile accounts, prepare bank deposits, and perform other tasks related to financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accounting support to the company
  • Type accurately, prepare, and maintain accounting documents and records
  • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements
  • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
  • Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
  • Provide assistance and support to company personnel
  • Research, track, and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this role, you should have a Graduate degree in BS Accountancy or a related business course. You should also possess:

  • Knowledgeable in financial statements
  • Managing of petty cash, payments, and Cheque Voucher)
  • Basic Accounting Tasks and Auditing
  • Adept on processing Si's, DR's
  • Contract expense management
  • Adept to using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Basics in Quickbook
