Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to join our team in Malabon City. As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and reconciling bank statements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accounting support to the company
  • Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
  • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
  • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
  • Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
  • Provide assistance and support to company personnel
  • Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
  • Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Must be a Graduate of BS Accountancy or any Related Business Course
  • Knowledgeable in financial statements
  • Managing of petty cash, payments and Cheque Voucher)
  • BASIC ACCOUNTING TASKS AND AUDITING
  • Must be Adept on processing Si's, DRs
  • Contract expense management
  • Must be adept to using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Must have an Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • BASIC KNOW-HOW OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT USAGE
  • MUST KNOW HOW TO USE QUICKBOOK

Estimated Salary:

PHP 35,000 - PHP 50,000 per month
