Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with Senior Staff and IT Team: Work closely with senior personnel and our IT department to coordinate trouble shooting efforts for major network issues.
• Network Access Point Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and repairs of Network Access Points (NAPs) to guarantee seamless network operation.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Promptly identify and resolve any NAP-related issues to minimize service disruptions and ensure business continuity.
• Coverage Expansion Assessments: Identify areas beyond our current coverage footprint and conduct site surveys to assess feasibility for network expansion.
• Network Implementation and Integration: Take the lead in setting up new network programs, ensuring smooth integration and operation.
• Incident Response: Respond quickly and efficiently to fiber cut incidents and other fiber-related issues.
