About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our team at Duraville Realty & Development Corporation. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Facilitate project knowledge seminars and trainings for the sales network division, ensuring timely and effective delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Sales Network Development: Expand the sales network by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Relationship Management: Coordinate and maintain good relations with the sales network, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends, identify emerging opportunities, and inform marketing strategy.
  • Event Planning: Conceptualize and arrange events, exhibits, and other marketing activities to engage with customers and promote brand awareness.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data from reports to identify areas for improvement, recommend interventions, and implement changes to optimize marketing performance.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot, analyze, and identify problems in department operations, recommending solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Prepare and update sales and marketing expenses reports, monitoring sales productions and ensuring targets are met.
  • Team Management: Monitor inquiries and concerns in Facebook chat boxes, addressing issues promptly and effectively managing subordinate tasks to achieve organizational goals.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance evaluations of subordinates, providing feedback and guidance to help them grow professionally.

  • Strong project management skills, with experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and recommend actionable solutions.
