Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team as a Senior Financial Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance, analyzing financial data, and developing strategies to improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to improve profitability and cash flow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 or above (not required but preferred).

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
