This key role is responsible for assisting the National Sales Manager in driving the sales team to generate sales opportunities and revise sales strategies.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead people management and oversee the end-to-end process of assigned channel groups;
- Joint Business Planning and Business review with trade partners (both principals and accounts);
- Competitor monitoring and proposals to address current trade challenges;
- Trade activations coordination, execution, and evaluation;
- Inter-departmental coordination with stakeholders (Supply Chain, C&C, Marketing, Merchandising, and regional counterparts);
- Manage e-commerce accounts (Lazmart, S-Mart, Marketplace e-sub distributors, Pandamart, etc.);
- Achieve sales, returns, collection, and account opening targets;
- Execute multiple projects or activities;
- Manage trade spends;
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Sales departments;
- Perform other related functions as required by the immediate superior.
