Job Description

Become a key member of the Benby Enterprises, Inc. team as a Customer Group Manager and lead the end-to-end process for assigned channel groups.

  • Direct the sales force in achieving corporate sales objectives through revising and implementing sales strategies and plans.
  • Supervise the identification of business targets and generate sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Joint Business Planning and Business Review with trade partners.
  • Monitor competitor activities and propose counter-reactive measures.
  • Coordinate and evaluate trade activations.
  • Inter-departmental coordination with stakeholders.
  • Manage e-commerce accounts and achieve sales, returns, collection, and account opening targets.
  • Execute multiple projects and manage trade spends.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Sales departments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • People Management, Account Management, MS Office, Analytical, and presentation skills.
  • At least 3 years experience in FMCG handling group channels.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Experience in Sales and account handling preferred.
