Job Description:

We're looking for a highly organized and multitasking individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with company management, clients, and investors. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others, eager to learn, and committed to contributing to the growth of Potami Water.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders; draft and respond to correspondence
  • Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Assist with various projects by tracking deadlines, coordinating resources, and maintaining project documentation
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed accurately

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year (estimated based on industry standards in the beverage manufacturing sector). This figure is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:
  • College degree preferred
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
