Sales Team Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Manages a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
• Develops and implements sales strategies and plans to grow relationships with existing clients.
• Focuses on customer satisfaction and identifies opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Ensures effective management of client accounts and maintains open communication with clients.
• Develops and implements sales training programs for sales representatives to improve their skills and performance.
• Collaborates with the Business Development Manager to monitor sales performance and report results.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
