Job Overview

Nabati Food Philippines is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the sales team's activities, ensuring that sales targets are met, and providing strategic recommendations to the top management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Sales Team: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
  • Provide Sales Reports: Prepare and deliver sales reports to the top management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate Sales Performance: Conduct regular evaluations of the sales team's performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure they meet sales targets.
  • Ensure Product Placement: Ensure that all products are placed on time and in the correct account, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Display Products: Ensure that all products are displayed correctly in malls, supermarkets, and other sales points, creating an attractive visual experience for customers.
  • Recruit and Retain: Assist in recruiting and retaining top sales talent, ensuring a strong and motivated team.
  • Prepare Sales Tools: Develop and prepare sales presentations, reports, and other sales-related materials to support the sales team.
  • Ensure Client Communication: Assist in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring that clients receive excellent service and feedback.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to improve sales performance and increase brand visibility.
  • Maintain Sales Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, pricing, and client information.
  • Market Trends: Identify and analyze market trends, providing insights to the top management to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, Distribution, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a relevant position obtained from an FMCG company.
  • Skills: Familiarity with field sales and market, excellent communication and people skills, outstanding knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and a strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
