Sales District Executive

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the overall management of their team to achieve maximum sales targets. This involves implementing sales strategies, including trade sales promotional programs, monitoring call frequency and coverage, and identifying new markets to improve product sell-outs from trade channels.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or Marketing
- At least 3-5 years of managerial experience in marketing or sales environment
- Proven sales track record and ability to manage a district/region with similar sales team setup
- Experience using sales apps
