About the Role

At Filinvest Group, we are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to spearhead revenue growth for our esteemed Quest Hotel & Conference Center Cebu. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts and ensuring optimal profit returns through efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed budgeted revenues
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships and stay updated on market trends
  • Analyze market conditions, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales tactics
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted sales campaigns
  • Conduct regular sales call reports, providing actionable insights to enhance sales performance
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in hospitality
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with sales analytics tools and data-driven decision-making
  • Candidate should have strong leadership skills, as well as effective ability to communicate orally or in written form with co-management, internal and external customers
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of PHP 180,000 - PHP 250,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including medical and dental insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
