Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive at Elev8 Holdings, Inc., you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, presenting products or services, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and marketing activities.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.

Sales Presentations & Meetings:

- Arrange meetings with clients to showcase product or service offerings.

- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns.

Negotiating & Closing Deals:

- Develop customized sales proposals and quotes based on client requirements.

- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to achieve profitable outcomes.

- Close deals and ensure all contracts are signed and agreed upon.

Building Client Relationships:

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

- Address client issues and provide solutions in a timely manner to ensure customer retention.

Sales Reporting:

- Prepare and present sales reports, including forecasts, progress toward sales targets, and client feedback.

- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and deal progress in the company's CRM system.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

- Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and a unified approach to customer engagement.

- Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and potential improvements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

- Self-motivated, with a goal-oriented mindset.

Compensation: This role includes a commission-based compensation structure, in addition to a base salary, as sales executives are often incentivized by their ability to close deals.
