Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Talent Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure exceptional customer service and consistent sales results.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Budgeting and Planning: Collaborate with the finance team to develop sales forecasts and budgets, ensuring accurate projections and informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of sales management experience in the medical industry, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
  • Skills: Strong communication, planning, and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Qualifications: Familiarity with international trade processes and a deep understanding of the medical industry landscape.

Estimated Salary: PHP 80,000 - PHP 120,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
