Strategic Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Development Account Manager.
About the Role:- The ideal candidate will have experience in driving business growth and managing client accounts, particularly within the outsourcing industry.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the sales cycle from lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Tailored Solutions: Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs and deliver value.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Industry Trends: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Presentation and Reporting: Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to potential clients.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in business development or account management, preferably in the outsourcing sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Strong understanding of outsourcing models and services.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Additional Information:This is a full-time remote position, and we require candidates to be available for immediate start.
