We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Growth Manager to drive business expansion and manage client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client connections, and developing tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business prospects, particularly in outsourcing services.
  • Buid long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or account management, preferably in the outsourcing sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong understanding of outsourcing models and services.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
