About the Role:
- To develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, increase revenue, and expand market share.
- To identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and expansion into new markets.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners to ensure mutual success and growth.
- To analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and improve business performance.
- To manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline prospects, and customer interactions.
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of successful business development and sales leadership experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions.
