Job Description
The role of Administrative Coordinator - Global Healthcare Exams is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of our examination process. This position will be responsible for managing various aspects of client processing, including requests for credit card usage, monitoring application statuses, scheduling examinations, reporting operational updates to management, and handling application fees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients regarding examination scheduling and application status
- Process payment requests for examination fees
- Monitor and report on operational performance metrics
- Schedule examinations for students
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. Experience in a similar administrative or customer-facing role would be advantageous.
