Job Description

The Housekeeping Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. This position involves overseeing various tasks related to guest service, facilities upkeep, and general support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to guests or clients by greeting them, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Facilities Management: Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility, including restocking supplies, managing waste, and performing routine inspections to uphold high standards.
  • Event Support: Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, arranging furniture, decorations, and other equipment as needed, and ensure all event areas are prepared and maintained throughout the event.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, report any hazards or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel, and follow emergency procedures when necessary.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations, communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and address any issues that arise.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform basic administrative duties such as recording inventory, managing supplies, and preparing reports as needed.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to management to contribute to continuous improvement and enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or in customer service is an advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Basic knowledge of safety procedures and emergency response.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry objects of moderate weight, and perform tasks that may require physical effort.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of PHP 30,000 - PHP 40,000 per month, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide benefits including health insurance, meal allowances, and opportunities for career growth and development.
