Job Description

The Senior Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting daily business operations at JABER. This position requires effective organization and task management skills to maintain a structured work environment.

As the first point of contact for clients or visitors, the incumbent creates a welcoming atmosphere, reflecting positively on the company's image. Key responsibilities include data entry, document preparation, correspondence, records management, and documentation of company-related files.

Additionally, the Senior Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support to employees, particularly those within their assigned department. They are responsible for maintaining equipment, logistics, and company-owned vehicles by recording and completing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting failures, and calling for repairs.

Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of office and common areas is also essential. Furthermore, they produce scanned copies of vital and non-vital documents for retention purposes and report any untoward incidents or violations of company policies and procedures.

In addition to these tasks, the incumbent may be assigned other duties by their Immediate Superior and/or the management team, depending on the organization's needs. The goal is to manage all outputs relevant to assigned tasks effectively and ensure management satisfaction with the incumbent's efficiency.

Salary Range
