About the Job

The Senior Proposal Manager plays a critical role in leading the development and management of proposals and scope of work (SoW) submissions for ServiceNow consulting, advisory, and implementation services. You will work closely with the sales and presales/solution consulting teams to ensure high-quality, timely, and winning responses.

This position requires occasional onsite presence to foster collaboration and alignment with stakeholders. Regular business hours are maintained to support a healthy work-life balance and facilitate coordination with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Drive Business Growth: Develop high-quality proposals and SoWs that drive business growth and success.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with the sales and presales/solution consulting teams to ensure timely and winning responses.
  • Lead High-Performing Teams: Coordinate, lead, and motivate contributors to produce quality responses and SoW content on time.
  • Ensure Timely Submission: Track and coordinate response and SoW content from multiple contributors to ensure timely submission.
  • Enhance Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for improvement and efficiencies in proposal management responses to elevate the organization's presales performance.
