As a Bids and Pursuits Professional, you will play a critical role in helping Jacobs win world-defining projects by taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process. This includes developing account plans, pursuit plans, bid strategy and structure, as well as message creation and presentation development.

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in completing bids in engineering, professional services, or a business-to-business environment. They should possess excellent writing and editing skills with an eye towards sales messaging, themes, proposal aesthetics, quality, and content. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are also essential for success in this role.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to facilitate and lead the application of the end-to-end Relationship-Based Sales (RBS) process to help position Jacobs to win specific projects, programs, and develop meaningful client relationships. If you have good judgment about which ideas work and can manage the work-winning and creative process of others, we encourage you to apply.
