Business Development Manager

At Starpaper, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through selling and promoting our products to new and existing accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in corporate and dealers account management. You should possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to build rapport with customers at all levels of management, and have a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance Tracking: Regularly track account sales performance to ensure 100% target achievement
- Growth Achievement: Achieve growth over last year's sales
- Sales Promotions: Ensure proper implementation of sales promotions
- Reporting: Submit timely reports, including sales call plans, revolving fund liquidation reports, and weekly visit reports
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Market Share: Maintain 40% market share of our products within the assigned territory
- New Accounts: Acquire at least 3 new accounts per month
- Territory Management: Develop a detailed territory plan to ensure maximum area coverage
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or related fields
- Experience: Relevant experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on corporate and dealers account management
- Skillset: Results-oriented, resourceful, self-motivated, fast learner, and team player
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement planning, and professional development opportunities.
