Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager role at Starpaper is a dynamic opportunity for a results-driven professional to drive sales growth and expand our customer base in Metro Manila.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building business through selling and promoting our products to new and existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing sales options. Your primary goal will be to ensure target achievement by regularly visiting customers, understanding their specific needs, and providing tailored business solutions.
We are looking for an exceptional individual with a strong track record in B2B and corporate sales, preferably with experience in managing dealer accounts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and have a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary package, estimated to be PHP 250,000 - 400,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. - BUILDING BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS
- SOURCE NEW LEADS AND PROSPECTS
- ANALYZE SALES OPTIONS AND DEVELOP BUSINESS SOLUTIONS
- REGULARLY VISIT CUSTOMERS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR SPECIFIC NEEDS
- TRACK ACCOUNT SALES PERFORMANCE AND ENSURE TARGET ACHIEVEMENT
- IMPLEMENT SALES PROMOTIONS AND SUBMIT REPORTS AS REQUIRED
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B and corporate sales, preferably with dealer account management experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers at all levels
- Results-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
