Sales Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at ENERGYNET INC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and sales goals are achieved.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote the company and its products.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the lighting and hardware (construction-glass and aluminum supplies and services) industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a results-driven mindset.
- Experience using CRM tools and other sales software.
- Willingness to travel for sales meetings and events as needed.
