Sales and Business Development Manager

As a Sales and Business Development Manager at TASQ Staffing Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base. - Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them, including researching potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales plans.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and develop strategies to improve it.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
