We are seeking a Customer Experience Thrive Specialist to join our team at V-Call Center Link (VCCLink), Inc. in Taguig, Philippines.

As a Customer Experience Thrive Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and empathy will help customers navigate challenges and achieve their goals.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and wants to be part of a dynamic team.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong technical skills, excellent listening skills, and the ability to turn challenges into opportunities. You should also be willing to work onsite at BGC Taguig and adapt to a shifting schedule.

Required qualifications:

  • Fresh Graduate or Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • Shifter – coming from any industry with or without prior BPO experience
  • Willing to work onsite at BGC Taguig
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise while making a real difference in the lives of our customers. We offer a competitive salary of ₱25,000 - ₱35,000 per month, depending on experience, plus other benefits and incentives.

Please note that this salary range is based on the average salary for this position in Taguig, Philippines, and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
