At Shangri-La Makati, we are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team, who will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences during their stay.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and directing the front desk team, enhancing overall guest satisfaction, monitoring arrivals and departures from a guest experience perspective, and ensuring all colleagues are kept up-to-date with hotel products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and direct the front desk team to ensure efficient operations
- Enhance overall guest experience through prompt and courteous service
- Monitor arrivals and departures to identify areas for improvement
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
