Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team at RCL Regional Operating Headquarters. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our guests throughout their travel experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to in-bound telephone calls from direct guests and/or travel partners, providing general information regarding Celebrity Cruises products and services.
  • Quoting prices and availability, including cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  • Servicing existing bookings, making necessary changes to reservations, processing payments, and arranging guest-specific travel preferences.
  • Entering required information into the reservation system to maintain accurate history of each reservation and associated transactions.
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with database systems and computer programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
