We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Front Office Supervisor to join our team at JMP TWIN EAGLE Manpower and Allied Services Inc.
Major Responsibilities- Lead front office operations, manage staff, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Efficiently respond to guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle special requests.
- Monitor and optimize room availability and occupancy rates to improve hotel performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and provide training to front office staff.
- Educational Background: Diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant field.
- Work Experience: 1-3 years of experience in front office operations.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in English language and customer relationship management.
This role involves working in a fast-paced hotel environment with flexible shifts, requiring individuals with strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, initiative, and a positive attitude.
