">Nabati Food Philippines, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of plant-based food products in the country, and we are currently looking for a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales team.
">About the Role
">The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing the sales team to ensure that all financial, operational, and sales goals are regularly met or exceeded to support business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and negotiation skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Collaborate with upper management to create project plans and set appropriate benchmarks for the sales team.">
- Analyze sales performance, competitor activity, and customer satisfaction data to develop strategies for increasing sales volume and market share.">
- Meet with clients to discuss products, prices, delivery schedules, or other business concerns.">
- Partner with Regional Branch Manager and Human Capital in attracting, hiring, and developing a highly motivated sales team.">
- Monitor inventory levels of goods to meet client and customer demands.">
- Resolves complaints regarding the sales team and takes steps to improve or correct performance.">
Requirements

- BS/BA in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a relevant field.">
- At least 5 years of relevant experience gained from an FMCG organization.">
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.">
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.">
- Aptitude for customer-oriented approach and willingness to travel as needed.">
- Excellent analytical and creative thinking skills.">
