- Financial Management: Develop and manage the budget, including forecasting revenue, expenses, and profitability. Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control costs. Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to attract clients. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, and corporate partners. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Human Resources: Recruit, train, and manage staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and motivation to perform their duties. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to staff. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and that the property is a safe environment. Implement and maintain emergency procedures and protocols.
- Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reviews.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of managerial experience.
- Solid experience in handling or managing a numerous property or real estate.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Amenable to work on-site in Iloilo.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year. Based on the location and industry standards, this position requires a competitive salary package to attract and retain top talent.
