Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support across various departments
  • Facilitating collaboration and partnerships with stakeholders
  • Handling liaison work, including fieldwork and office tasks
What We're Looking For
  • Graduate of any four-year course; preferably Social Work or Communication/Business-related degree
  • At least one year work experience as Administrative Assistant or in a related field
  • Willingness to do fieldwork to liaise with government agencies or entities
  • Exceptional English communication abilities (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Excellent teamwork, creativity, and resourcefulness
  • Female; Preferably residing in Quezon City or near work location
