Administrative Coordinator for Urban Development Projects

Job OverviewThis role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, allowing our team to focus on delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including but not limited to, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Project Coordination: Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and milestones.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and files, ensuring seamless data sharing and reporting.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a human resources department.
- Experience working with Payroll systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A pleasing personality and excellent communication skills.
- The ability to multitask and be highly trainable.
