Job Overview

This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, allowing our team to focus on delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including but not limited to, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and milestones.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and files, ensuring seamless data sharing and reporting.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a human resources department.
  • Experience working with Payroll systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A pleasing personality and excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to multitask and be highly trainable.
