Job Overview

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and employee satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Compensation Administration
    • Assist in the administration of compensation programs, including salary surveys, job evaluations, and pay adjustments.
    • Research and analyze compensation data to ensure competitive pay practices.
    • Prepare and process payroll information, including employee deductions, bonuses, and commissions.
    • Maintain accurate employee compensation records.
  • Benefits Administration
    • Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
    • Conduct benefits enrollment and assist employees with questions and claims.
    • Maintain accurate records of employee benefits enrollment and eligibility.
    • Assist with the coordination of open enrollment periods and communicate benefit changes to employees.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant benefits laws and regulations.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems.
    • Prepare and maintain various HR reports and dashboards.
    • Assist with data entry and analysis for compensation and benefits purposes.
  • Employee Relations
    • Respond to employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
    • Assist with the resolution of employee benefit-related issues.
  • Other Duties as Assigned
    • Perform other administrative duties as assigned, such as filing, photocopying, and answering phone calls.
