Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. This role involves a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and coordination, requiring strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining calendars.
- Receive and process bills from suppliers and service providers, ensuring timely payment and compliance with accounting procedures.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records, both electronic and physical, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
- Assist in tracking office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
- Support department staff with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other logistical tasks.
- Collaborate with various teams to coordinate events, meetings, and projects.
- Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
