Administrative Professional for Office Operations

A highly skilled and organized administrative professional is required to support the day-to-day activities of our office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining written and computer records, conducting data entry, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and maintain written and computer records
- Conduct data entry and perform other clerical duties
- Assist in coordinating administrative functions, including meetings, correspondence, and record-keeping
- Research and collect information to support administrative activities
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
- Help implement new programs, procedures, methods, and systems
- Conduct reviews and surveys of administrative matters
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in clerical work
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in using MS Office applications
- Ability to start immediately upon notice of hiring
₱25,000 - ₱35,000 per month
