Administrative Operations Coordinator

The Hankook Industrial Sales Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Administrative Support. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and organizing office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity in our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication and Correspondence: You will be responsible for answering phone calls, maintaining files and records, drafting and proofreading emails, letters, and other documents, as well as receiving and sending correspondence.
- Administrative Tasks: You will be required to process invoices, encode data, and utilize word processing software and spreadsheets to assist with administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and understanding skills, time management skills, flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
- Qualifications: A college-level education, preferably an undergraduate degree or fresh graduate, although experience in the same role is preferred.
