We're looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate a high volume of calls, averaging 150-200 calls per day.

  • Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calls and emails.
  • Evaluate accounts and prospects based on defined criteria.
  • Identify unique needs and challenges of prospects and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Schedule meetings and calls between prospective clients and account executives.
  • Reschedule and follow up with prospects if initial meetings don't materialize.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Experience in B2B enterprise-level sales.
  • A strong work ethic and determination.
  • Resilience to handle rejection and perseverance in a high-volume calling environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Prior experience in cold calling is advantageous.
  • A coachable and team-focused mindset.
