Job Overview

As a Sales Representative at Professional Placement Center, you will be responsible for promoting products or services to customers and representing the brand. This includes identifying the best offerings for clients, providing product demonstrations or presentations, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Reach out to potential leads through various channels, including email, phone calls, texts, and social media.
  • Negotiate with leads and use persuasion techniques to overcome objections and secure deals that benefit the company while providing optimal value to customers.
  • Process orders to ensure timely delivery of requested products or services.
  • Participate in sales team meetings with sales managers and other sales representatives, sharing recent results and accomplishments to demonstrate progress toward meeting quotas.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or relevant subjects such as marketing, business, or statistics.
  • Preferably 2-5 years of work experience in a related position.
  • Background experience in advertising or garments is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of word processing, worksheets, and presentation software.
  • Social media literacy.
  • Will to work in the Quezon City area.

Working Conditions

The working location is in Tandang Sora, Quezon City. The work schedule is full-time and on-site, requiring field work and dedication to ensuring timely deliveries. A salary range of Php 16,770.00 per month is provided, with an 8am to 5pm schedule from Monday to Saturday.
