Job Role

As an Administrative Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various administrative functions within our organization, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and supporting business growth.

Main Accountabilities
  1. Act as the lead point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  2. Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and other documents for executives as required, utilizing advanced software tools and analytical techniques.
  3. Create regular expense reports and manage office budgets efficiently, ensuring effective resource allocation and minimizing costs.
  4. Coordinate complex travel arrangements for executives, handling related logistics with precision and ensuring timely delivery.
  5. Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and financial documents accurately and efficiently, maintaining strict attention to detail and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  6. Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely ordering of new supplies to maintain optimal levels and reduce waste.
  7. Review and update office policies as needed, ensuring compliance with local regulations and adherence to best practices, while promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  8. Manage correspondence, arrange travel, and accommodation with ease, leveraging technology to streamline processes and improve productivity.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a proven track record of success and leadership.
  3. Advanced practical experience with office management software like MS Office, with expertise in data analysis and reporting, and proficiency in spreadsheet applications.
  4. Solid understanding of local HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations, with expertise in interpreting complex legislation and developing compliant policies.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and external stakeholders.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure, while driving results and improving processes.
  7. Proven track record of managing multiple functions simultaneously and driving results, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  8. Advantageous experience working in the IT industry, with a deep understanding of technical concepts and terminology, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
