JOB SUMMARY:

Quality Management and Administration Manager is responsible for embedding the quality management system framework in the organization to ensure that all processes, innovations, and improvements are aligned with company core values, specifications, customer expectations, data privacy and legal requirements. The position shall also be responsible in handling the administrative requirements of ORIONE/MMC as may be required.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Ensure QMS compliance and ISO certification maintenance.
  2. Keep the organization updated on industry regulations and QMS changes.
  3. Lead process improvements, corrective actions, and KPI monitoring.
  4. Update QMS processes and ensure smooth administrative operations.
  5. Ensure company activities comply with industry regulations.
  6. Identify training needs and develop team skills in collaboration with HR.
  7. Maintain a motivated and professional team.
  8. Manage relationships with external providers and clients.
  9. Oversee timely project execution and address client feedback for improvement.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master's or certifications preferred).
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management, administration, and leadership, preferably in Maritime.
  3. Strong knowledge of QMS, compliance standards, and documentation practices.
  4. Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management, and quality management tools.
