We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Services Coordinator to provide administrative support, manage front desk operations, and ensure the efficient functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
  2. Manage reception duties, including maintaining the front desk area and welcoming visitors.
  3. Coordinate team-building activities and company events, such as parties and festive celebrations.
  4. Support other offices' counter operations as needed.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative services, office administration, or customer service.
  2. Previous experience in customer service industries is highly valued.
  3. Excellent organizational skills, combined with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with effective time-management skills.
  5. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Filipino; fluency in local Chinese is required for potential collaborations with our China-based team.
  6. Pleasant demeanor, professional telephone manner, and presentable appearance.
  7. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to various tasks and responsibilities.
